We’re two girls seeing the world and learning all about its wonders together. Just a mom and her daughter sharing tips and tricks, wisdom and wackiness, miles and memories with all who come and visit. Proving, once and for all, that being a single parent isn’t the end of your adventures – it’s a whole new beginning.
Travel is easy. Travel is fun. It’s what we do to get away from it all and, if we get it right, we come back recharged and ready to face the real world – until the next trip. Yet, some of us are single parents who love to travel. We have the right to have just as much fun as anyone else, right? We just need some direction in finding what’s best for our situation. That’s why I created Jazzy Jolie. I wanted to help all the single moms and dads out there skip right through the worry and stress and get down to having a great time with the person they care for most. After all, there’s nothing more rewarding than making memories that last a lifetime with your child.
Traveling across the country, or the world, can be worrisome when you have a child in tow, but don’t feel bad – as a parent it’s only natural to worry about it. But with just a few pieces of wisdom under your belt, and a bit of can-do attitude, there’s no end to the destinations you can reach with your child along for the ride. In fact, they’ll get as much from your adventures as they will from any other lesson you could give them. Travel is a very good teacher, so gear up and get ready for the next journey.
We’ve done it all – adventure, relaxation, shopping, dining – you name it, we’ve been there. And the best part – we’ll share it all here with you. My daughter and I can’t wait for the next trip to tell a whole new story, so make sure to come back regularly to check on our latest escapades.
